I teach people how to lose weight and get healthy addressing minor to major health concerns through what they eat!

Learning the Ultra Lite program is a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off without using pills, meal replacement shakes, or starving yourself.

So, here’s the skinny. . . . (couldn’t resist the pun!)

There are 2 Programs to choose from as well as a Maintenance Program!

The 5-week program
6 Sessions

Addresses long term weight loss and chronic/major health issues.

  • Initial consultation 1.5 hours: In-take questionnaire covering health concerns and current health status, review all medicines and supplements, review all current lab work 
  • Presentation of the program
  • You eat regular food, from all food groups, fruits, proteins, veggies and limited starches
  • Learning regular portion sizes, NOT DIET, portions. Most people weigh their food (for the first week or two until they understand portion control)
  • You write down your intake
  • You meet with me regularly to monitor progress and address any issues (approximately 20-30 minutes)
  • You test your urine to see if you’re registering a safe state of ketosis. (State at which your body burns fat).

Clients report after the first 3 days, they have no cravings and feel great!! You’re in control, because you know as long as you’re registering a safe state of ketosis, you’re burning fat!

The 3-week program
4 Sessions

Great for Detoxification, or a “tune up” using real food to detox the body, and feel great doing it!

  • Initial consultation 1.5 hours: In-take questionnaire covering health concerns and current health status, review all medicines and supplements, review all current lab work 
  • Presentation of the program.
  • You eat regular food, from all food groups, fruits, proteins, veggies and limited starches.
  • Learn to: focus on Foods for Detoxification.
  • You write down your intake
  • You meet with me regularly to monitor progress and address any issues. (approximately 20-30 minutes)
  • You test your urine to see if you’re registering a safe state of ketosis. (State at which your body burns fat).

Learning the basics of all good nutrition, (Nutrition 101), develops healthy eating habits, but helps re-configure metabolism and wean off excessive amounts of sugar and reduce portion sizes without feeling hungry. Weekly one on one personal consultations with me as your personal nutritionist, help keep you on track, address any food related issues that come up, and has proven to be essential to a successful outcome.

10-Week Maintenance Program

After reaching your goal weight, or detoxification goals, there is a 10-week maintenance program, which increases food intake and addresses food intolerance you may never been aware of. Once we discover what these may be, we adjust how you use these foods in your diet without having them sabotage you!

Both the 5 and 3 week programs include:
All consultations, necessary program information, ketone strips and some other essentials.

As you eat regular food, there’s no need for special food, so you can get started right away. Your first meeting with me takes approximately 1.5 hours. Follow up meetings are about 20-30 minutes.

As a bonus, I’m available to you always for questions or concerns by phone or email.
